"Chin Yeung tsing Jiu"

Fish meat in Capsicum

Ingredient
1. Capsicum x2
2. Fish meat 300g
3. starch - a little

Steps
1. mix starch with fish meat
2. cut each capsicum into 6
3. heat oil in pan
4. stuffed fish meat in cut capsicum
5. pan fried, cook one surface and turn to the other side till golden
6. done with ketchup for deco
