I just wanted to finished the remain chocolate bake powder..
This time I used the mould for it.
The final product looks like this:
Same taste, same texture but better looking...
Shall try another favor as I found chocolate is a bit bored.. -_^

um... very shiny on the surface. I guess you hadn't mixed the oil well, so it's floating on surface.
Why don't you try some plain cake? You now own a blender, it's super easy to make butter cakes of all kinds. You only need butter, eggs and all-purpose/self-raising flour (or flour + baking powder) with whatever favour you like, such as vanila (vanila essence), banana (mashed bananas), apple (apple slices/dices)...
okok, will try will try, since I bought a pack of flour last time..

can't believe that u bake cake..... I did attend some classes in the last 2 years, but haven't try it at home yet
