Bake it up..!
The trial started in a quiet night a weekend..
1. Ingredient, 1 egg, 10g butter, 125ml water (i used 1/2 of the package)
2. Start beating up everything..!
3. Pouring the stuff to the foil...
4. Bake it
up!
How does it taste like..?!

Why did it look so... black and full of granules?
Cake pre-mix is convenient but always not having good taste, especially the super sweetened taste.
If you want 100% successful rate, you can try making muffins or pound cakes instead of sponge cake. It's usually easier to get a satisfactory one when using self-raising flour or flour + baking powder. Just ask me if you want some recipes.
The granules.?! possible the problem of the mixer. The slowest speed is still very fast... I could not do anything about it though.. -_-
