cook it up!

Ingredient:
1. 豆豉- a few
2. Capsicum x1
3. Pork meat 200g
4. Soy sauce (1 tsp)
5. Oyster sauce (1 tsp)
6. Sugar (1 tsp)
7. Garlic x1 segment

Method
1. Dice meat into bite size
2. marinated meat with soy sauce + sugar
3. Dice capsicum into bite size
4. Oil the pan, roasted garlic
5. Stir-fry meat
6. Add capsicum and 豆豉 when meat is almost cooked
7. add oyster sauce and stir fry 1 min.
8. Add water (2 ssp) to pan till content cooked, water vaporised
9. done

Ingredient
1. Capsicum x2
2. Fish meat 300g
3. starch - a little

Steps
1. mix starch with fish meat
2. cut each capsicum into 6
3. heat oil in pan
4. stuffed fish meat in cut capsicum
5. pan fried, cook one surface and turn to the other side till golden
6. done with ketchup for deco
