Quite a long rain today...

Play-doh.. my old toy, my lattest assignment

The distinctive smell remind me of my childhood, that I have been playing and scattered this slummy stuff around the floor with my brother..



The assignemnt was to mould it into a 'brain'. That's not an easy task for sure especailly how to make it looked real...
At the end of the day, I still figuring how to grave on the surface to make those convulsions on the cerebrum...

the magic touch...

I 've been to the service centre this morning to get my keyboard fix. The technician said I am lucky enough not losing any part (even the tiny little plastic) and did not fix by myslef (which would waive the warranty). He then stuck the button back with his magic hands..!

Within 5 minutes, I am out of the shop again... Very fragile but very simple..

I bought my USB/PS2 cable and now use an external keyboard... afriad of touching any button on the keyboard...@_@

finished most of the assignment , but....

.. I went to the toy shop, afraid of asking where to get the thing i want finally get the cheapest, still plenty to play with.

Hope to finish it quick, will possibly show my masterpiece in here..!

Ridiculous keyboard....

As shown in the photo, really p me off with this 2 month old laptop and the company because it is not open in the weekend. So what happened to people having important transaction or bussiness with the pc? Is it really reliable at all? I thought of bringing the machine to fix in local computer shop but afraid of aaive of warranty... So, sorry digit "Five" and "percentage" button, better avoid pressing u for the next few days...

Yeo's the drink

Well, what I found in here is, there are lots of variety of drinks by Yeo's, not because it is founded by a Hoikkan which later migrated to Singapore.. ( refer to http://www.yeos.com.sg/)..
This time i bought another strange one..! The left one is understandable, Chrysanthemum + Luo Han Guo.. ok la, temper heat inside the body (清熱). But what is the effect of the girlish pink one: Rose syrup milk... which exactly taste like pinky milk.. (sweet rosy favour.. but a bit chemical). Well, i think possibly aritificil than the last one i tried (Longan Red Date Drink which again easily flow in throat)..

Good try, for the oriental fans possibly...! -_^

Visited a friend back fr Japan. Got a gadget fr Doreamon...

So what's the special effect in wearing it..?! It turns all the light source into something like the following photo..!

The spectacule is used for firework-viewing..! What a fun for the fans!

last cinema experience

Imagine a hi-tech device (remote control) given by you which you could control time, people around.. what life could that be easier..?! The scenrio is being realised by the movie 'Click". Life would be beautiful afterwards?

Indeed for the first part of the movie which goes as a comedy goes on with life goes on without sickness and being promoted by skipping all the routine. It turned up that one found out the remote got uncontrolled which he missed all the precious moments with others. He got what he want as being a CEO of the firm, but he got nothing other than that.

We all understand money cannot buy a lot of things. We understand how technology could bring out convinency by saving us more time. So are we tried to do more things to keep being occupied? What would be people remeber after that?

"Family goes first", a single sentence summed up what the movie want to talk about, to the typical US family and also to the developed world.

ps. getting a bit emotional these days when watching touching scene.. not sure why starting 眼淺..

another grade of hong kong movie..?!

絕種鐵金剛 directed by 王晶
Someone must say who is going to spend time in watching these kind of cracked movie in HKG? Well, sometimes directors have to really try to see what audience could accept... The record of 黑玫瑰對黑玫瑰 (1992) was a really legend which started a trend of olddies era theme again.. (what a cult..!).

So, what's it about? It's good for killing time, good to watch it without a brain. But I found out the funny part is, you never know what would be the ending!.. 'cos the story can be twisted and go into different dimension, especially with irrational technology which the director try to put all in less than 90 min...

Mixing different comedian into one, lack of a bit of dynamic in a sense. 葛民輝 seldomly acted like a clown as this time.. The sim-Bruce Lee mirror scene is very appealing... that people shall keep appreciate how tension build up in filming in the old days...

Surely, there are so many movies to watch b4 this...

It seems that sg people build their famous opera house and called its nicked name "Durian".

But, when you take a look in the details, they are quite considerable to those who hate it.. in public bus and in hotel, it is not allowed..!


Question: Could it be due to the smell and the potential use as a weapon....?!

watching quite a few movies these days..

1. Closer (04)
- relationship, love or hide, it is a protective mechanism for someone to hide up the truth.. to avoid hurting the others.. but all of a sudden, the response of the partner might give a total 100% suprised that you will be regret about... Well, if you really love somebody, you have to accept the past, the present and the future...

2. 獨家試愛
- new wedding couple with a close opposite sex friend. The hubby is so good to help his close friend without letting the wife know.. We can imagine what could be happened next when the reality comes.. A typical example of a man fr Mars never know what the woman in Venus thought about... risking trust by hidding it away, hoping that there will be less tension creatred. Obviously that's a bad example trying to do things behind without informing your partner.. But, once a marriage started, does that mean you will have less/no opposite close friends other than your partner..?! Recommend as a pre-marriage education reference.

3. 得閑飲茶
- quite a good try from the new director. A sense of young people and experimental try. The 'one take filming' from the top of the street chase to the bottom is a really smooth and realistic shot. Story is typical a small boy loves a small girl. But that's truely reflecting what happened in modern HKG. The title of the film is a good resposne for soemone you are unlikely to meet in the future. It is a good try and I think the girl is from road show..?!

quiet night and quiet star

These nights were quiet... giving me sometime to catch up my assingment and finished video i taped on the tv..

Feeling better, but indeed still tired and voice was a bit numbbed... What else can i eat if i don't eat any spicy food or chicken in here..?! possibly rice only... @_@!

Most importantly, sleep well..

sore throat get better but running nose

well, the herb tea does help me a bit, but started to have running nose. The worst part is, my shift start today... So, life woudn't be easy either...

Some colleagues in work place is having birthday these days... So, gonna say: Happy birthday Ante K and B! ^_^

sore throat get improved by chinese herbal tea

Getting a sore throat in these 2 days, being introduced to drink this Singapore herb tea fr an Auntie. Doesn't taste good actually (a bit bitter) but really effective..! ^_^
Highly recommended for all who is having or start to having cold/flu!

day rest

It's always a challenge how to spend a day thoughtfully and spend it well...

Jogged for 20 min, breakfast, start updating laptops, feel sleepy and hv a nap.... till 1500.

Need to do some shopping 2molo.. hope could do more reading on distance course... it is the middle of the month again and assignement due every end of th month..

3 days break

After a long week of work, i finally got my long weekend.
thinking of what to do, will be occupied on sat as planning for book sale and watch basketball match + firework at night. So I have to get something done today, hopefully..! ^_^
